I'm not the biggest fan of salad if i'm honest, i love veggies and fruit but salad i've not always been so keen on.. However, i do love myself a good Chicken Caesar Salad every so often and not only is it healthy but it gives me so much energy throughout the day and it also has plenty of goodness which is why it's become one of my favourite lunch/dinner time dishes.

I don't really do much when it comes to salad and this is probably the most simplistic recipe you'll see but i thought i'd share anyway.
All you'll really need for this is a bag of salad, i like the Florette Classic Crispy Salad that you can pick up from any supermarket, it contains a mixture of salad leaves - Frisée, Lambs Lettuce and Radicchio.. I also like to add chopped lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and avocado. 
I also add chicken on top, now you can use fresh chicken or i like to use the Frozen Chargrilled Chicken, which again you can pick up from any supermarket. 
I make sure to precook this and let it cool down a little before adding it on top of my salad and to finish my salad off i use a tsp of Caesar Dressing mix into the salad to give it a little taste and a drizzle of oil on top of the chicken.
