I'm sure most of our New Year's resolutions, well, the majority of us - Said we would eat healthy, start cooking more, keep fit etc.. 
Well, one of my New Year's resolutions I'm not going to lie is to eat a bit more healthy, I kind of failed in a way as I ordered a delicious curry the other night but the thought was there and there is still plenty of time to make up for it.
I received a lot of healthy cook books for Christmas and I've stuck little pink tabs on the one's I really want to try. I have been good in a way as there has been a few I've picked out and actually made. Like, one of my books had a delicious Teriyaki noodles and I made my own recreation of it.
