March Favourites 2015

I haven't done a monthly favourites post in what seems like forever and a lot of products have changed since my last favourites post so i thought i would do a more updated and what i've been loving for the month of March post.
In March i found myself reaching for my 'older' products, i have drawers full of beauty items which i need to use up, i tend to have a habit of purchasing items i don't actually need just because they are new and i want to try them out but knowing i have a ton of other products i actually need to use up first.
I've been reaching for my Elemis S.O.S Emergency Cream* a lot this month as my skin has been ridiculously dry in some areas, i only apply this product at night time as an overnight treatment and it's been helping greatly with those dry spots. Within a few days my skin was back to it's normal-self but i have been using this still just to keep my skin more hydrated overnight - I wrote a full review of this post here
The next product i received in my beauty advent calendar last year and have been loving ever since, The Laura Mercier Foundation Primer has been a god send - i'm not one for foundation primers normally as i'd say i was quite lazy and just like to slap my make up on and go, but this primer is fantastic for hiding those large pores and keeping your foundation at bay all day.
For foundation i've been loving my YSL Touche Éclat Foundation, i forgotten how much i loved this foundation as i had used it most of last year and then switched to another foundation - this foundation gives a nice dewy and natural looking glow, great for dry skin and stays put all day!
For other make up bits and bobs, i've been finding it so hard to replace my most beloved L'Oreal Telescopic Waterproof Mascara that i just went on a massive hunt to find the' perfect mascara so i went into Boots and literally bought nearly one of each waterproof mascara from each brand and finally found my match - The L'Oreal False Lash Architect 4D Mascara i now swear by, i even love this more than the Telescopic mascaras now!
For my lip choice last month it was the L'Oreal LExtraordinaire Liquid Lipstick in Molto Mauve, i've been using this nearly every day in March just for a basic nude with a slightly tint of colour. This applies just like a lipgloss but stains lips like a lipstick - loving this so much right now!
Lastly are 2 make up brushes from the Zoeva Rose Golden Luxury Set, i received the whole Rose Golden collection for Christmas and i've been using their brushes non-stop since! My 2 favourites from the collection are the 102 Silk Finish brush for foundation and concealer and the 106 Powder Brush.

What's been your favourites lately?...

    1. Hi Kirsty, The YSL foundation isn't to thick i'd say it's probably medium thick maybe more on the runnier side. I hope this helps. XO
